In the field of company law I undertake:

• Establishment of simple and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, private limited companies
• Full-scope legal services in company proceedings, drafting corporate documentation (amending corporate documents, transformations, winding up companies, share transfer agreements, etc.)
• providing permanent legal representation, administration of legal matters of companies;
• issuing opinion on contracts; preparation of contracts arising from operational activity.

I offer under a monthly flat-fee retainer agreement to provide complex legal service for companies, under which I handle legal matters of your business in full.   This includes preparing your company’s contracts, issuing opinion on existing contracts, giving help and legal guidance for administering legal matters of your business, and following up changes in legal regulations governing your business activity.

Real estate law

I undertake to conduct the legal transaction in full, including:

• consultations with the parties,
• verifying the ownership and status of the real estate in the land registry,
• preparing and countersigning contracts,
• filing documents at the land registry authority and representing the parties before the relevant land registry authority until registration of the right of ownership.

I prepare contracts under a continuous consultative process; I proactively review and discuss issues that might be disputed from the outset; this facilitates the transaction to be entered into on the basis of the parties’ full-scope agreement; I advise and draft the most favourable contract construction.

For my foreign clients, I prepare all documents both in English and Hungarian, and I conduct sale and purchase procedures in English. For foreign clients, the service contains, if required, obtaining the licence relating to acquisition of real estate for non-EU residents and representation in the licensing proceedings.

Real estate related proceedings includes:

• sale and purchase, exchange, gift and lease / rental contracts,
• obtaining licence relating to acquisition of real estate by Non-EU residents
• clearing of mortgage charges on real estate
• establishing, clearing of beneficiary rights
• terminating joint ownership
• condominium matters
